If life has taught me one thing, is that customer, Services is Paramount to everything we do in life! On January 22. 2026 I made a Call to my local State Farm insurance company here, El paso, Texas. The Miguel Serrato Agency there was a lovely gentleman by the name of Pedro Torres Rodríguez oh whom I had the luck that it was he , to take my Call!! Pedro Was elegant in a speech, extremely courteous, totally knowledgeable explained the different components of the possibilities of my insurance for three vehicles and a property and he won me over and I moved my entire account with Pedro ! Since my signing up with the Miguel Serrato Agency I’ve had a few additional questions and Pedro there to answer my concerns on the timely basis. Follows up, follows through and for The.
