"I don’t usually answer my cell during work. Caller ID showed State Farm and I was feeling adventurous, so I answered. Felix wanted to give me a quote and I thought why not. Because of Felix’s cold call I am now a State Farm customer. I am paying half for car and home insurance compared to my previous companies. HALF! Felix did an excellent job answering all my questions and completely understood that I didn’t want to give out my payment info over the phone to someone that called me. So we made arrangements for me to go into the office. I met Felix in person and got my new coverage. He is a delightful young man. Talk to Felix. He will help you!"
